GREENLIGHT in 24 hours

For the past 5 weeks, I've been busy organizing this party (GREENLIGHT) for my org. Doing ocular visits, looking for sponsors, doing marketing, looking for lights and sounds, etc. These things plus academics = no time for shopping at all. It's so sad, I know!

So yesterday I went shopping with my best friend, Prana. YEAH! We went to this thrift shop near the Quezon Avenue MRT station. I was searching through the racks looking for a dress for her when I saw this cute gray crochet vest. I tried it on and it looked good on me so I bought it. It was originally sold at 230 Php but I asked the saleslady for discount so I got it for a hundred bucks only! I think she would've sold it to me for 50 bucks though. Prana was looking at the shoes section and she found a pair of black round toe pumps with white striped heels. She tried it on and it fit her perfectly. She got it for 230 Php.

Then we went to Trinoma after because I still don't have shoes and she still doesn't have a dress. Prana got her dress from Soulier, a boutique inside Pop Culture. It's a black tube dress with zipper details and cute gold prints. Sadly though, I wasn't able to find shoes. :(

Today, Lance, Inno, Flo, Sara, and Alex didn't have ChE 2. So after our ES 1 class, we drove to Technohub to have lunch. We stayed in Razon's but Sara got a hot muffin and a drink from Figaro. Can I just say that the baristas there are very flirty? Or maybe Sara's just too pretty. Haha! One kept on the barista guy "Ui sarapan mo ah para kay ma'am! Ganda pa naman niya." And then when the barista handed the mocha latte to Sara, natawa na lang kami.

Sorry guys, but you didn't spell her name right. It's Sara. :P

Oh dear Lord, I look old! MUST GET MORE SLEEP... and perhaps, a haircut?

Went back to UP to meet up with Vana and Celine... 'cause we're gonna go SHOPPING!!! But before leaving UP we had to go to the UP Shopping Center first to pick up the full-body mirror from Chlods for Re-Style (Greenlight fashion design contest). Anyhoo, we went to Trinoma... again. GAH. We all have dresses already so we were just looking for shoes, bags, and accessories. Celine bought a black ribbon to style up her peep-toe pumps (with ankle straps), and Vana bought a belt for her high-waist shorts.

Feeling tired and hungry, we took a break from shopping first and so we ate in Burger King.

Celine left after eating because she doesn't like driving at night; Vana and I went back to shopping. We decided to check Trunk Show (didn't get to check the store yesterday!). It's this boutique near Comic Alley, Silverworks, and People R People. I was kind of hesitant to check the store at first because I knew they had weird designs, but I found the perfect pair there! It was on sale, so I got it for 1,250 Php only.
